This was great and really easy. Just be quick with the timing of the sauce after the steaks are done to make sure you have nice warm steaks. I also used American Honey and it made a really nice sweet sauce.

I have made this several times and it is easy and delicious. Ran out of bourbon - used Jack Daniel's instead - excellent! Different, but still very tasty.

This was an excellent recipe. I couldn't have ordered a better steak in a restaurant. I sauted a mixture of both mushrooms and onions and used brandy instead of whisky. I served with some broccoli... was awesome.

I subtituted with brandy, and then reheated the steaks a bit in the sauce once reduced. Very tasty.

This was very good. I made it exactly as stated, except I had the meat in the pan for five minutes a side, not six, and it was perfectly medium rare.

I dislike bourbon, but my husband does, so I made this, and he liked this a lot as well.

The only thing I'll do differently when I make this again is add fresh mushrooms to the onions. And...maybe just a teeny bit of fresh chopped garlic, but that's not necessary (but the 'shrooms are.
