This was a very simple recipe. But it tastes like you've been in the kitchen all day. I doubled the recipe & used half dark Karo & half light Karo & also added a tsp. vanilla extract. If you decide to make this pie use a deep dish pie crust. I used a frozen shell & sssshhhhh (you couldn't even tell. Next time I make it I am going to use half regular sugar & half brown sugar for a more carmel like flavor. MMMMMM Good!

I didn't care for the flavor of this pecan pie probably because I normally use both dark and light corn syrup. I won't make again.

This is the easiest pecan pie recipe; plus it so wonderful. Everyone raves about it when I have made it. I do add vanilla but that is just me. Other recipes I have tried were no were near this great.

It is so good that I doubled it and placed in a deep dish pie shell. Add a few minutes to bake time. It is sooo good and rich.

I made this pie for my boyfriend's family for thanksgiving.
everybody was so impressed it really is that best pecan pie I have ever had.
I made it with no problem *hint just beware not to overbake the jiggle in the center is a good thing.

I have never made a pecan pie before. Everyone that had some on Thanksgiving, has said it was very good and has asked for this recipe.

This pie was so easy that I wasn't sure if it could be right. But, sure enough, it was perfect. I've never made one myself, but this one turned out like the pecan pie that i remembered. The filling turned out to be more than my crust could hold (which may be why the other lady's pie bubbled over in the oven but common sense told me to just leave some out.
