Delicious! This is a very sweet and heavy hot chocolate. For an adult version substitute the peppermint for a little peppermint schnapps!

Great drink...even better if you make it about a half hour ahead, then reheat it (it gives the chocolate time to melt COMPELTELY---mine had little unmelted shards immediately after I made it.
