I made this for Thanksgiving. I was rather worried when I added the OJ & cola to the pot, because the smell & sight was nauseating. However, something good happened as the whole thing cooked down...it actually became very tasty indeed. I thickened the gravy with a little cornstarch & water. The pork was very tender and the gravy tastes a little like a Filipino dish my mother used to make. Another surprise with this recipe -- it gets even better-tasting the next day after sitting in the fridge overnight. Definitely repeatable...and not nearly as sweet as I thought it might be.

I did not enjoy this recipe but my husband did. I felt a bit cheated. The sauce didn't thicken well and the poblano provided little to no heat. One good thing was the surprisingly good taste of the OJ and Cola. I did it with Pepsi but next time i'm gonna try Coke and add a little more to this recipe to make it more enjoyable.

My husband especially like this one. It was a little sweet, but very delicious. The flavor of the oj and cola is very unique.

Someone might have better results with this recipe then myself, but I found the smell of the OJ/cola to be overwhelming. Never got rid of that OJ/cola taste. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.

It actually does taste much better than it sounds. Due to the intense sweetness of the dish, most kids would probably love it.

Nothing too complex here but a good quick dinner and something different to do with a pork tenderloin besides grilling

I was expecting the sauce to be more sweet and sour in both taste and texture - mine was more like a gravy. Also I think the potatoes should be watched carefully as I overcooked mine and I think that might have changd the consistency of the sauce giving it a starchy texture.
