    Have not made this s didn't want to rate this, but this is not Sherbet. Wikipedia: if the frozen dessert has more than 3% milk fat it is considered ice ream. If it has less than 1% milk fat it is considered Sorbet. In between it is Sherbet. This is Raspberry Sorbet
