Delicious, and a great basic recipe for beginning cooks. Worth the little extra work to use fresh corn off the cobb. I added some green onion and used sweet red pepper instead of green. Sauteeing makes the corn extra sweet.

I don't like corn very much, but this simple recipe was delicious. Everyone at the party went bonkers over it. It promises to bocome a family standard. Fresh corn certainly helped, and sauteing added great flavor.
