The salsa in this recipe really makes the meal. The rice is average, but the salsa enhances the fish so that the meal is extra-special. I think the salsa would match chicken equally well.

Always looking for new ways to cook fish and I love fruit salsas with it. The only change I made was that I seared the filets with a jerk seasoning instead of what the recipe called for. It adds a nice zip and is a great contrast to the sweet salsa.

This is a wonderful recipe which everyone should try. Although it takes some time to prepare the cooking is easy and most of the time is spent chopping the many ingredients. The fusion of flavors is wonderful and I highly recomend this recipe to anyone who is willing to put in a little extra effort. Praises all around the table from this one.

Our friend actually did this recipe today for a get together and we loved it. I asked her for the recipe and she said "The Food Network". I can't wait to try this at home.
