This dish always impresses and no one would ever guess how easy it is!

It may have been my mushrooms. I think this tasted a little 'stale'. My husband would not eat it.

It was absolutely creamy and delicious! It was my first time to make risotto, and it was very easy. It was very tasty, although I would have added more mushrooms if it were up to me.

It works! I became a gormet risotto chef!

Advice: I'm not sure what low heat really means in this recipe. I had to turn it up to medium near the end using cooks instincts. The heavy-bottom pan ? is solved if you use a 5 qt sautee pan. The rice is spread so thin for 1 cup that the al-dente results are wonderful.

Wow - this recipe is so good and easy to make. And besides the cheese, it's not unhealthy (if you eat the right sized portions. The brillance of the recipe is letting the dried porcinis deliver a creamy taste without using cream. The cheese goes a long way, but mmm, this is goooood
