    yup...basically a cinnamon pancake. they weren't bad, but i wouldn't make them again. my regular pancake recipe is just way better that if i wanted cinnamon pancakes i would just adjust mine.

    Basically it's just pancakes with cinnamon, but really, that cinnamon adds some great flavor. Try this with a pure maple syrup instead of sugar and water based ones. The leftovers are great frozen and then toasted with some butter and a little cinnamon and sugar like toast.
