I was really disappointed in this recipie. The prep time is pretty significant and the chicken was definately not a "hit". I will stick to just pan frying with light flour and canola oil.

This chicken is worth the planning! It was juicy, flavorful and delicious! I will share it with everyone I know that likes to make up a good batch of chicken!

I couldn't imagine chicken being good soaked in sweet tea, but I had to "eat my words". This is now my favorite fried chicken recipe!

I intend to try this marinate on my grilled chicken next time.
