I made this cheesecake for a party at work and everyone thought it was a store-bought cheesecake. When I told them I made it they couldn't believe it! Paula's recipes are 100% hits every time I share them with family & friends!

This cheesecake was easy to make, and came out without cracking, but it lacked seriously. It was barely sweet, and really didn't have much in the way of the chocolate and raspberry flavor. I've never had a cheesecake this bland before, and I was really looking forward to it. If I make it again, you can bet there will be more sugar, and more white chocolate. Disappointment. I've had better frozen cheesecakes.

I have used this recipe numerous times, both as it is written and modified to the specific demands of my clients (wife. The basic white chocolate recipe works fantastically, and I have so far substituted blueberries and strawberries (seperately for the raspberries, and done away with the berries altogether. This cake (sans berriesworks very well topped with toasted coconut. For this, substitute macadamia nuts for the almonds in the crust. Luscious!

My family loved this cheesecake at Christmas. My sister cannot have citrus products so I tried this cheesecake. She loved it...she is a cheescake fanatic. It will be at all our holidays.

This cheesecake was the best I had ever made. While baking it didn't crack like most of them do. It was very light and fluffy and not too sweet. The raspberries at the bottom added an texture and tartness. I made a rasperry coulis to go on top and it was excellent. If you are looking for a light, not too sweet chessecake this is the one.

I made this cheesecake for a group of 10 friends for a weekend gathering and they could not stop raving about it and request it each time we get together now. I also made one for an office birthday party and have now been asked to make additional ones for individuals at the firm for their birthdays.

This cheesecake was absolutely perfect! I followed the directions to the letter and came out with the most delicious and beautiful cheesecake ever. It did not crack, it was creamy old fashioned New York Style cheesecake. I served it at my in-laws anniversary party and was asked oever and over which caterer I got it at. When I said I had made it, everyone was amazed. it was quite simple to make. I can hardly wait to make it again!!!

This is a great recipe. My kids and I had a blast making it and eating it! I cooked it for 55min and it was still a little soft in the middle. It helds its shape but could have cooked a few minutes longer. We will definately make this again!

Even though it was rated "expert" in difficulty as a recipe, I found this cheesecake easy to make. My family loved it and it was ate up very quickly. Excellent cheesecake!
