    I always make my sauce from scratch in the crock pot slow cook all day. This is the first stove top spag. sauce I tried.
    I used Italian Turkey Sausage, took it out of the casing, didn?t crumple completely. One 28 oz crushed tomatoes and one 28 oz diced tomatoes, use what you have it will be fine. (added a little rosemary, sugar & pepper Left it simmer for 20/30 mins to make a little thicker. The taste is great. Will make again
