This was really good. My aunt that is EXTREMELY picky even liked it. We used the Morningstar Farms original grillers and instead of going to the store just used what we already had. We only had fresh whole tomatoes, so I put them in the food processor for a few pulses to get a good consistency and we didn't have fresh basil so we used dried and just mixed it right in the tomatoes. On the very top layer we added just a pinch of shredded cheese to melt in the center. Definitely will make again. So filling no side needed.

It was pretty good. This was very filling, super healthy and only 5 points plus....Yippee! Next time I'll use a bit more seasoning. Oh! I used the flame grilled Boca Burger.

This was fantastic. I used Morningstar burgers....fiancé threw a fit that we were having this due to the "healthiness" of the recipe. Turns out he loved it! I will be making this again and again. Great serving size too...I was so full after!

I made this last night for supper and again today for lunch. I'm not a big fan of Boca Burgers but this was really good. I added a little Texas Pete to my tomatoes, just an ingredient I really like and a little sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese. Very Good. This will be a go to for me.

My boyfriend and I love this recipe. We have made it several times and it is so very easy. I use 'Eating Right' soy patties and they have 90 calories and a wonderful smokey grilled flavor. I love this healthy recipe and my boyfriend wants me to make if for his daughter and her family now!

This was fabulous. It was so pretty my boyfriend took a picture of it and I will post to facebook when I get a chance. I added some shredded lowfat mozarella cheese. YUMMY!

I thought this was a great recipe! I replaced one veggie pattie with a slice of fresh mozzarella cheese. While this substitution probably raised the fat content and lowered the protein, it was worth it! Still very filling---a huge portion!

I loved it. The smoky grilled flavor and the tomato sauce covering the eggplant. This was definitely an italian style burger. Also, probably the healthiest burger on the planet. The presentation was superb. I liked the whole Big Mac look of the burger.

It definitely felt like a full sized meal which is such a hard thing to do when keeping the calorie count low. Thanks Lisa, for another very creative winner!
