These were great - used a pre-cooked turkey sausage link/ worked perfect and reduced the fat and calories/ also used sugar free syrup and whole wheat pancake mix. I am sure the original recipe tastes better but this healthier version is still a pretty tasty treat for those of us who are trying to cut the calories whenever possible.

Its actually suppose to be only two cups of water because 3 cups of water made it too watery but it still tasted good

This recipe was excellent! My boys loved them and thought they were fun. I am planning to make them again! My only change is that I will cut the batter in half in half next time.

This was a good breakfast, I did reduce the batter in half and it was more than enough for the Sausage Pancakes.

These were great, my gang went through them and I had to make more to calm them down. Definitely a keeper in my recipe box. The batter was a little more than we needed but not a lot of excess.

makes way too much batter.....suggest cutting recipe in half....anything on a stick is fun, the kids ages three and four liked them but i didnt like the taste of the batter at all.

fabulous! My huaband wiil probably blush, but he ate 8 of them. We had trouble finding chopsticks. I found wooden lollypop sticks (about half the length of chopsticks and have a pointed end they were perfect for the sausage and fit great in my fryer. Try them. What fun!
