I had the real thing at Becky's and I decided to make it myself when I got home. This recipe is easy to make and comes out great. I used chicken sausage instead in my recipe. I used about 20 slices of bread in mine.

It came out great! We had about half a granny smith apple so we threw that in, too. Boy, we have a lot of stuffing left, though.

I made this for our thanksgiving meal, WOW Really Good!! I added 15 slices of whole grain and 10 white. I also added fresh chopped Italian parsley about ½ cup, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon white sugar, one whole granny smith apple chopped, and about 1/3 rounded cup dried cranberries. I had request to make this again :

I saw this stuffing being made on Triple D. I thought I would try it, but the recipe is a bit confusing regarding the bread amount. Does anyone know whether the 25 slices of white and wheat bread is 25 slices each or 25 slices total?

Tasty, easy and simple. Great complement to the turkey, specially for "carnivores"!!!
