- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
In a saute pan over medium-high heat add olive oil. Add garlic and chili and cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until garlic just begins to brown. Add spinach and saute for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss and serve immediately.
