This chili is excellent! Chili usually makes me feel bad after I eat it and this one does not! It is so delicious, even made with turkey meat instead of the hamburger meat!

I look for three things in a recipe: Ease of preparing, Taste factor and cost of ingredients (not necessarily in that order. When all three ring the bell, it earns five stars. This will be "my" chili from now on. The biggest indicator was that my husband and adult sons had seconds and thirds. The corn was a great addition and I appreciated the variable heat level. Once again, Paula Deen showcases Southern cooking at it's finest!

This chili was very easy to make, very easy to clean up, and made enough food for 6 adults easily. My husband likes things to be a bit hotter so he added some hot sauce before eating, but I felt it was mild enough for my young kids to eat as well. Great recipe!!

Very good. I added 1 tsp sugar and some poblano peppers, as I had extra to use up. I love chili, but don't usually follow a recipe. The corn is a great addition and I will definitely make this again. I halved the recipe as there are only two of us and I did not want to freeze any this time. Worked well.

This chili is amazing. It has the perfect consitancy, and the right amount of spice. I didnt use the corn and instead of using kidney beans I used mild chili beans. I also went and bought fresh spices, and I added 3 teaspoons of Ancho chili spice. It was SO good. Everyone LOVED this chili!!!!!!!!!!! If you love chili you need to try this one!
