You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes, cored
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice tomatoes in half through the middle of the tomato. In small bowl combine olive oil, garlic, basil and oregano. Drizzle over tomatoes. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve with Parmesan cheese.

    My husband and I have gone low carb so I have tried to add as much savory as I can to our side dishes. This was a nice side-side dish to add an extra savory flavor. Super easy, I cooked it along with asparagus

    Very good. I used 2 fresh basil leaves from my garden. I also used garlic powder ,salt and pepper.
    Will do this again.

    I made this as a side dish with baked chicken and it was good. Used garlic powder instead of the chopped garlic and added salt and black pepper.
