    Absolutely LOVE this recipe. It is simple and delicious. I followed it exactly and made the best filet mignon I have ever made!! It was juicy, tender and so tasty. I will use this recipe every time I make filet mignon. Thank you for a great recipe.

    I HAVE NEVER HAD FILET MIGNON. I COOKED WITH THIS RECIPE AND IT WAS FAST, EASY AND DELICOUS

    Three minutes a side (inch and a half thick and you'll get a wonderful crust and a melt-in-your-mouth center. Truely incredible!!

    Great food fast. Just make sure your stove-top isn't super-hot, or you might get burned bits.

    To vary it a little, I used kosher salt, and added McCormick's Montreal Seasoning for Steaks. Very tasty.
