    The beans were much too thin-sauced. As usual, Sandra Lee continues to display her uselessness in the kitchen. I can't understand why she is still on TV. Her food is not good and the big show she put on during the holidays was so pompous. If she wants to strut her stuff, why doesn't she try to be a model. She is sure not a cook!

    These are as good as the reviews would have you believe! I think, actually people are just giving their opinions, not trying to make you believe. In my opinion, these are yummy beans!!!!

    These are just ok, nothing to write home about. Any idiot can doctor up canned beans. Adding beer is fine, but does make them watery.

    This dish was part of our Thanksgiving meal and everyone loved it. It was delicious. Like Tiffany in Kansas, I might reduce the beer some next time so that the sauce is thicker. The beans taste even better the next day.

    Thanks, Sandra, for giving us great recipes like these. It is a tremendous help to me with a busy family to put good homecooked dishes (made simply on the table.
