Just saw this on TV and went out to make it. It contains ingredients allowed on the detox diet from Metagenics. I used Kraft Light Done Right Raspberry Vinagrette and V8 Splash Tropical Blend.
Light and refreshing. Semi-homemade and Sandra rock:

I saw this on TV yesterday and just knew I had to make it. I used my homemade vinaigrette and just the beets and celery. We had it for dinner with tomatoes.
We LOVED it! It is fresh and yummy. When I told my fiance it was almost no calories other than the olive oil, he was disappointed that it was so healthy.
Thanks, Sandra, we love your recipes

Thank you so much for this very simple recipe to make pickled beets using canned beets. I took another recipe for fresh beets, but my purpose for now is using canned beets. Again, thank you, Sanda Lee, for your very easy recipe. It tasted so wonderful.

the orange juice added nothing. you have to serve it up right away, because the celery turns pinkish and the salad is quite unappetizing looking. this was a waste of time, although it is very nutritious.

I will give this recipe 3 stars since she did say if you love beets you will love this salad and on that I will give her the benefit of the doubt. I found it very metallic tasting with the combination of canned beets, orange juice and the vinaigrette.
