    This recipe was so easy. It is also quite healthy. Good flavor. I did have a hard time finding the fried rice seasoning, but other than that, it was easy. I will make this again.

    Didn't know what to expect but really wanted to try something with edamame. This didn't disappoint. It was unbelievably easy. The only change I made was that I used about twice the number of mushrooms and added a little bit extra soy sauce. Husband and I both loved it.

    Made this yesterday but used Baby Bella mushrooms instead of shiitake (too expensive. Wonderful dish. Had fun eating this with chopsticks.

    I like edamame (if it's "spiced up" so I just had to try this. I was NOT disappointed! The edamame and mushrooms were delicious together. Even my teenagers liked it. Don't listen to the haters who troll these boards and give Sandy low ratings. They are so jealous because she's beautiful and brilliant. Try this recipe!
