    I've disliked many of Sandy's recipes (but I love her and was a little worried about the dressing after reading the first 3 reviews--but I made it anyway.
    So-o-o glad I did! Only change was to use baby spinach (price lower than the spring mix, used a fresh mango and added s & p to my plate. Can't wait to make it again.

    Everyone loves this light and different twist on tossed salad. I used fresh mangos and layered the dish with the dressing across the top. I think the dressing "makes" the salad and it is all so easy to do!

    I made this many times already. This is FANTASTIC. My husband loved this so much too. THANK YOU SO MUCH SANDRA! I followed the recipe exactly. This is absolutely fabulous and extremely easy. This is a perfect stand by for unexpected guests. It's quick, delicious, and looks elegant when you plate it! I definitely make this again this coming thanks giving. Again thank you so much. More Power.

    The salad has wonderful ingredients & did look beautiful. However, the dressing had a heavy mayonaise taste & thickness. I only used a very litte bit & it drowned the delicate leaves of the Spring mix lettuce. Would use a lighter vinegarette style dressing next time.

    The dressing was too thick and rather bland. However the flavor of the mango, avacoda and cucumber with the greens saved it. I will just use a diffrent dressing next time.
