I usually don't make Sandra's recipes because I prefer to cook from scratch, but I always watch her show for ideas, and couldn't resist making this recipe. These muffins were wonderful. I used Oat Bran muffin mix and added about another 1/4 cup zucchini, and omitted raisins, and I think they were perfect. I can't wait to make them again!

These are delicious muffins that are easy and filling. I split the batch and made some with raisins and some with crasins. Both were a hit with the whole family. I may start making them once a week. They are a very filling snack or breakfast.

I added extra zucchini and included shredded carrot which was great! A healthy treat and beyond easy to make.

I used the oatmeal muffin mix from Jiffy because I couldn't find the bran muffin mix anywhere. The muffins turned out moist and very tasty!! I added flax seed to the mix for even more of a healthy additive. Next time I'm going to try sprinkling Slpenda/sugar on top for a sweeter taste, because I don't like raisins. I could hardly taste the zucchini flavor, but that is okay. It would be a great way to sneak nutritious zucchini in for your kids.

Followed the recipe to a tee and enjoyed how moist and tasty they were. My only comment is that I expected more zucchini taste to it so may try more of them next time.

I really loved these muffins and look forward to making them again. The recipe is simple and quick. The muffins are so moist! I found the raisin bran muffin mix at Publix, if that helps anyone else.

I loved how these came out. I feel so much better having my family grab one of these muffins in the morning than a handful of cookies or a poptart and they are SO yummy! I used apple cider instead of juice because thats what I had and bran muffin mix was oddly hard to come by. I will make a batch of these every week for quick morning meals.

These muffins could not be any easier to make. I heard Sandra say she loves zucchini bread and so do I, so I thought I would try these. I couldn't find the muffin mix she recommended so I used just plain bran mix. I like these muffins. They are very moist and I like the texture with the raisins and the grated zucchini in there. I feel like they could use just one more spice or something, but I can't put my finger on it.
