You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package (4-serving size) lime gelatin mix (recommended: JELL-O brand)
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 package instant cheesecake pudding (recommended: JELL-O brand)
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • Graham cracker crumbs

Directions

Add 1 package lime gelatin to boiling water. Whisk together and pour into 4 glasses.

Cut the skin off the kiwi and slice. Peel and slice banana. Add 3 slices each of kiwi and banana per glass. Place parfaits into cooler or refrigerator to set up for about 2 hours.

Whisk together instant cheesecake pudding mix and milk. Transfer to a piping bag or plastic bag. Pipe on top of parfaits. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs.

    I did this with strawberries. Add the fruit once the Jell-O has cooled BEFORE putting the glasses in the fridge.

    I literally tried this recipe 4 times, and the jello wouldn't set up. I also should've read reviews!

    Just add the kiwi in at the end of the jello setting up, especially if you don't mind the "mixed" look of the jello, or just on top after it sets.
    Maybe Sandra has a trick to getting it to set up that did not get mentioned in the recipe. That happens on here, those recipe "adders" don't always add all the information so it could have been left out.
