You often hear that simple food is the most delicious, and in this case that is the truth! Super quick to make and everyone will love them! Peppers have a zippy bite from being pickled in vinegar and the cheese mellows that bite out. Great flavor balance. Give em' a shot. They seem boring by reading the recipe but I assure you they are not!

My daughter & I shared these at a restaurant and loved them. Came straight home to look for a recipe. Had never heard of these peppers until that day. Easy, tasty recipe that makes for a great appetizer.

I had these at a restaurant and they were addicting! I use plain goat cheese, add a little honey to the cheese and sprinkle with chopped basil instead of chives. So yummy!

Great appetizers! Try adding a roasted nut to the top. Also good stuffed with Feta, or pimento cheese dip.( Kroger has a Black Diamond Pimento Dip that I use. For those not familiar with the Peppadew, it is crisp and sweet with a slight "bite". Originally from South Africa. They are found in the Mediterranean olive bar of your grocery store.

There are a delicious and easy appetizer. Using cream cheese is equally delicious. Peppadews in my grocery store were located next to the bulk olives (marinating in oil.

I came up with this idea independently when I first tried peppadews, but I place mine on a foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet and grill them under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is warm and bubbly, and the peppers get a slight char. Great served warm, but still delicious at room temperature.

I have made these many times for company and everyone thinks I am a gourmet chief(sorry Sandra I take all thee credit I always have the peppadews and cheese on hand so in case I get surprise company I am prepared. The peppadews are just right..a little hot and a littlr tangy. The cheese just makes the whole thing melt in your mouth. Thanks Sandra,I'll try to remember to give you the credit next time.
