This recipe is definitely a keeper! Even my husband liked it and he doesn't like my cooking.

I really liked it. I agree that the sauce didn't thicken so I took the persons advice about corn starch and added it right to the crock pot. Thickened slightly but is still tasted good. I loved the coleslaw and will use that recipe in the future when I make coleslaw with my other meals

I am glad that I used this receipe for my first time cooking pulled pork. It was a sucsess with my roomates & friends. The cole slaw complements the pork even tho I did leave out the hot sauce as some do not like the spice. I will be making this again soon!

I have made this several times but usually use a whole pork loin that I purchase when they go on sale. It is so easy and particularly good when you are cooking for a crowd. I made this for a homecoming party (from Iraq for my son and my family and friends loved it!

I'm not a huge fan or pulled pork sandwich but my boyfriend is and i saw this on a re run of one of her shows, its amazing. i didn't use the chicken broth because so many comments said not to and im happy i didn't because like they all said the sauce was really runny and i love sauce. so after the meat was finished i took the sauce and put it on the stove with some corn starch to thicken it up and put it back into the crock pot after i pulled the meat apart. its great! definitely going to make this again!

i followed the recipe to a T (except for leaving out most of the chicken stock and i thought it was the worst pork sandwich i've ever had. first off this cut of meat is terrible. it's all fat and had no flavor and i cooked in on low for 10 hours. second the sauce is not good at all (and i love bbq sauce and i looove mustard. the sauce is so watery it doesn't stick to the meat and i even followed the other reviews and left out most of the chicken stock. overall i'm very disappointed. my husband will probably eat it anyway but i know with one taste i won't. sorry not one of her better recipes.

I make pork sandwiches all the time.... this recipe just wasn't tangy. it smelled better than it tasted. I guess I was looking for something more than a pork sandwich.
The slaw lacked flavor too... no heat, just not "spicy"
