Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (8-ounce) can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Red pepper flakes

Directions

In a blender or food processor, mix the peanut butter, coconut milk, agave nectar, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes, to taste, together until the texture is smooth and loose.

    Easy to make and great for dippping. I used about a tablespoon of red pepper flakes.

    I made this sauce to go with some salad rolls and was surprised at how overly sweet it was. I doubled the soy sauce and added some salt to counteract the unwanted sweetness. This recipe was a poor substitute for one that I had previously and can't locate, I think I will keep looking to find my original.
