    All I can say is I never thought I would eat white bean chicken chili, but I was interested. I halved the recipe, which after tasting it and finding that I loved it, I wish I had made the whole thing. Fantastic! This recipe is a keeper.

    This was soooo good. Light but really tasty. Delicious without the guilt.
    I added a can of mexican hominy to it, which I highly recommend. It was a big hit.
    I'm taking it to a Super Bowl party!

    I made your chillie last night and is was very good! I loved the flavor that the poblano peppers produced. Who would have ever thought of using white beans, you did and it was a great touch! Using chicken instead of beef is a good diet choice. I make alot of dishes using chicken and never would have put all of these together. This is a really nice recipe with great taste and a real change from the average chille, I am used to. I enjoyed your show. You did a good job! I will be making this again and again, thank you for sharing.
