    You might want to watch the video, as the print recipe is a bit different. The chef did some butter additions to the fish while in the skillet..then incorporated the butter into a sauce. I'm gonna rewatch video just to make sure. Looks fantastic!!

    This is the first time I have seen this show and would like to see more of them. Is it on each Sunday from 8 to 9? I am definitely going to try the esheephead and especially the butterbean chow chow. This just sounds like something I would love. Living in North Florida, we have the sheephead here so no problem with that. Love those fish anyway however the butterbean chow chow is something I had never heard of. You can bet I will get up and check out this show next Sunday. Only problem, I did not catch the name of it. It was on when I woke up.
