Delicious, easy and reasonable fast!!! Instead of ham, I used andouille sausage. I fried them in a separate pan while everything else was cooking. This is a keeper.

This is simply the best shrimp and grits I have ever tasted! I make it just like the man says to. I don't change a thing except the shrimp are Florida shrimp. My family loves this dish!

I haven't even finished making this yet, but already am in love. I am a very beginner cook, and not only has this been ridiculously easy, it smells great and is turning out wonderfully. I can't wait to heat up my leftovers at work tomorrow and make everyone jealous. :

The best shrimp and grits recipe I have tried. I am getting ready to make it again this week using half and half (thought I picked up heavy whipping cream hopefully it will taste just as delicious!

Way too salty. Note that the shrimp seasoning calls for salt. This needs to be omitted.

Incredibly flavorful. I used the shells from the shrimp to make a stock and then used it in the grits. I also used smoked gruyere cheese in the grits because I didn't have any cheddar which gave the grits an awesome flavor. I cut the Cajun seasoning in half but it was still a little too hot for my wife so next time I may cut it down a little more. Overall I recommend this recipe.
