This is a simple and tasty recipe. I did add one can of diced tomatoes and some parsley but other than that, it is just right. Not too spicy, not bland.

Easy and delicious. Everybody in my family liked it, even those who do not like onions in anything. I have also served it to friends, and it is always well liked.

I tried this recipe one evening when I did not have a lot of time to invest in cooking, which is most of the time. However, it turned out excellent and it did not take long to prepare it. My family also enjoyed it. It was a refreshing and enjoyable change from fast food. Thats what we usually have when I do not have time to prepare food for us.
