Delicious!!! My husband and I wanted a warm, rich meal for a cool Halloween night tonight and gave this a try. It was wonderful and easy to make. We added a little more cayenne since we like a little heat and we also added a little creole sauce towards the end.

The filling was just right. I had to bake the puff pastry a little longer, but it ended up being ready exactly when the filling was. I can't wait to share this with others!

This is one of my favorite recipes. It is so yummy. I even added a little green pepper for more flavor. I also used more shrimp and cooked those in blackened seasoning. When I made it I used fun shape cookie cutters for a fun presentation. It is good over pasta with garlic bread too.

Yesterday I made this recipe. It is very annoying when the video doesn't match what is written in the recipe AND there are errors in the recipe. This had very little flavor for me and my husband.

I made this for my family and they loved it. My soon to be brother in law stated that it tasted like it came from a restaurant. It needed no help, followed the recipe as is. I eat the sauce and veggies. Another great recipe.

This is a great go-to recipe when you don't have much time or energy meal. Mind you, I'm saying this having not made the pastry. I paired it with rice instead but it would also work with pasta. I used onions, carrots, mushrooms, and peas. The beauty of this recipe is that it would work with whatever vegetables you've go on hand.

I wanted to try something new and decided to make this dish for visiting relatives in town for my son's High School graduation. Everyone loved it, including my son who is a very finicky eater. I added roasted corn along with the carrots, celery, and mushrooms. My mother in-law was so impressed, she insisted on having a web-cam cooking party to show her sisters in New York. It was the best mother-in-law bonding experience in my 25+ year marriage. Thanks.

Sunny made this look so easy and delicious I had to try it. However , by the time I got around to making this, I decided to add a little creole seasoning and instead of puff pastry, I poured it over fried grit cakes. Wonderful!
