This recipe was great. I really liked the pastry idea and the individual servings.
I am so tired of the negative comments that some people give just by watching the show or reading the recipe. IF YOU DON"T MAKE IT...DON"T RATE IT!! Sunny's no Paula Deen, but there's always room for another Paula Deen in my house
Good Luck Sunny,

It is really a shame when viewers like "1/2 cup . . ." use this forum to complain about the host instead of just reviewing and rating the recipe. I love Paula Deen and there can never be another--but if there was, what's wrong with that anyway? Just like there is more than one Italian host, etc. If the ingredient proportions in this recipe are not your "cup of tea" then make adjustments like most good cooks do--don't use this forum to "dis" the host!!! I've seen recipes that call for 3 cups of heavy cream for 4 servings. Try the recipe and if it doesn't work for you then post your suggestions. But, don't use this forum to criticize the host. I loved the recipe (and the host!! Thank you FoodNetwork for your diversity!!

This dish caught my eye being a seafood lover. The spice of the shrimp and cream sauce seemed interesting.

In response to the one star rating below... You need to make the recipe and give feedback based on your results. As far as Sunny is concerned - she's the brightest new star on Food Network by far. Creative, entertaining and filled with know-how/smart tips...don't sweat the technique! Keep it real, Sunny. You are a perfect addition - and, frankly, much needed.

I'm sure her recipes are good if you can last through all the hoop- la. CALM DOWN,cooking should be fun and relaxing, not a three ring circus with hair on your chest.

I'm sure this recipe is delicious, but what wouldn't be at such indulgent cost. 2 cups of heavy cream for a 4 person recipe? Do we need another Paula Deen?
