- 1 ounces plum sake
- 2 ounces sake (recommend: Kaori or Fukunishiki)
- 3 ounces white wine
- 1 -ounce mango juice
- 1 -ounce pineapple juice
- 1 -ounce merlot
- 1 -ounce champagne
- 4 spoons cubed fruit (plum, mango, pineapple: be creative!)
Mix plum sake, sake, white wine, mango and pineapple juice with ice, shake and serve in a wine glass. Float with merlot and champagne and finish with cubed fruit. For parties, multiply the above by 10, and get out your punch bowl!
