They were easy to make, that's for sure. I would have preferred them with more spice (jalapeno, not old bay) and a different dip (too mayonnaise-y). I will try another recipe next time...these were kinda blah. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I was so excited to try these..........based on all of the positive reviews, but I am no sure if it was me or what but they were extremely salty. I didn't add salt all I added was the Old Bay. I even doubled the recipe because it only makes about 3-4 nice size cakes (but used the recommended 2 tsp of seasoning). I don't know. Maybe I'll try again minus the seasoning item not reviewed by moderator and published
These cakes are all meat and made to perfection!!! The mayonaise spicy sauce should be cut by half; too much sauce for the number of cakes. item not reviewed by moderator and published
i realy did like it. i thought they were good. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Made these one night for dinner, they were delicious. i left out the old bay (because i didn't have any on hand) and added a little onion (because i had some) and they were still awesome. I even made a sandwich out of the leftovers and took it for lunch 2 days later, it was great too. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Loved this recipe. My daughter and I thought they were perfect. My husband loved the flavor but the spice was a bit too much for him (I think it was the Old Bay seasoning). My daughter thought they were the best thing she has ever had. She is only 17. Thank you for an easy, great recipe! Will definitely make again but might ease up on the Old Bay. item not reviewed by moderator and published
