I've made better enchiladas using other recipes. Thought I'd give this 1 a try, it sounded different with the fried corn tortillas but I was disappointed overall. Very bland for my taste, I'm a Texan.

This dish was very good! Shredded pepper jack cheese was the perfect way to top off this dish. To add more texture, I also sprinkled diced tomatos on top with a dollop of sour cream. I will definitely save this recipe and make it for group occasions. If my family will eat it, it's a hit!

1 Taste was very good but make sure to wrap tightly and a 9x13-inch pan will fit 10 perfectly(corn tortillas. Don't over-do the sauce over the top at the end, use only enough to just cover entire pan. LOTS of cheese on top would be better! 2/25/2012

Followed recipe. Found them to be too much work and the corn tortillas turned to mush in the pan after baking. Threw recipe out. Taste was not significant

I had never made enchiladas before, but the recipe looked easy enough. They were delicious! I will make this again and again. I love the new show, Pioneer Woman, too!

These enchiladas are similar to the recipe I have been using for over 30 years. Ree has a few added ingredients, so I tried this & they are so good. This is my new enchilada recipe. Delicious!

AMAZING!!! This is the first time in my life that I've had enchiladas, I know... it's crazy... But I have to say they were fantastic!!! My whole family devoured them in minutes. I don't have another enchilada recipe to compare it to since this is my first time eating them but they are top on my enchilada list. I don't know if I will find another recipe that will beat this one. Great job Ree!
