This was a great dish and a huge dinner time hit. I am still giving it 5 stars even though the next time I make it I am going to add more adobo and chipotles for more heat. The other huge plus for this meal is how quickly it comes together. Definately a make again!

We made this mole almost immediately after seeing it on the show and were amazed at how easy and delicious it is. We'll definitely make it again and share it with friends. It's wonderful!
