I just watched the episode and they came out of the oven flat. I think this is how they are supposed to be.

Couldn't find the cheese, so I used finely shredded mozzarella and had the same experience as some others, they came out flat. I made a second batch with cheddar which were pretty good.

These were very easy to make. I accidentally added two whole eggs and was worried about how they would come out but they were very light, fluffy and chewy. I think I will always add two whole eggs from now on. Great gluten-free treat.

These buns are good and different which is what appeals to me! I added 4 oz. of lean cooked chorizo to it other wise followed the recipe exactly, I had a similar problem that Sandi had...they didnt get fluffy inside, kinda chewy so I must have done something wrong, will try again

So yummy. Great texture. Added whole milk to bring dough to the right consistency. I bet the marmalade is good with them. I'll try it the next time I have jalapenos.

I made these buns they were very tasty but they came out flat. Did anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions what I should do different? I used Jack cheese but I see that someone else used Jack and didn't seem to have a problem. My baking soda was fresh, I know that can make a difference. I did have to add about 2 T of cream to get the dough to come together. They tasted so good I will make them again, but would love a nice fluffy bun as i saw on the show.
