It amazes me the pettiness and laziness of some people. If you enter tapioca into your browser the first entry is:
Tapioca is essentially a flavorless starchy ingredient, or fecula, produced from treated and dried cassava (manioc root and used in cooking. ...

Well maybe you don't know that cassava and yucca are the same thing but to rate a recipe 1 because you don't know what an ingredient is well...

This recipe only had one review and it wasn't good so I was sceptical. However, I too was look for a great gluten free biscuit/bread alternative. And, I feel like I found it. These were very good. Best warm but no worse than any biscuit cold. I couldn't find oaxaca cheese so I used mozzarella and they were very good. I also used about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the heavy cream to make the dough really come together. This was very easy. I think they would be good with garlic in the dough or even a sharper cheddar add also.

Tapioca is made from yuca. She explained that in the episode.

I was intrigued when I saw this recipe on TV not only because it sounds interesting but because it is also gluten free, but I'm sure she mentioned yucca flour also.
I only see tapioca flour. Que?
