Very simple and good. My husband did not care for it, but it was his 1st time having yucca. I enjoyed it.

I loved this recipe, i would deffinetly suggest buying the frozen yucca. I made the mistake of buying fresh but the yucca is very vety hard to handle.

I was born in Cuba so "yuca" I know. We have it regularly. The only ingredient that is not true to our traditional preparation is the oregano. Cubans will use parsley instead of oregano. I prefere olive oil to vegetable oil and pour the lime juice prior to pouring the heated oil. If you have leftt overs try this. Add olive oil to the bottom of a frying pan and reheat the yuca until it's lightly golden.

I made this dish and literally cried after eating it. It really was that great. It was easy to make, and I had never made Yucca before. I love how easy and creative Ingrid's dishes are. She is my fav host on the network from a recipe standpoint. I have never been dissapointed with anything I have made of hers. I hope she keeps teaching viewers how to use these exotic ingredients. Try it tonight, you will not be dissapointed. I cut the quantity down for one~ My skin looks better after I eat her food. I swear by Ingrid's dishes, better than any facials. I feel like a goo cook after making and eating this Yucca dish.

This is a wonderful dish. Easy and delicious. I make it at least once a week. I sometimes eat it with nothing else. Thanks Ingrid.

Her version of this recipe is almost the same as I was taught to make it with the only exception of the vegetable oil! Vegetable oil??? Any Cuban (or latin cook will know not to use vegetable oil but olive oil. Olive oil taste a lot better than vegetable oil. This is why I gave this recipe a 4 star than a 5. Please use olive oil if you truly want an authentic taste. Other than that yucca con mojo is delicious!! Love that garlic with lime juice!!
