This couldn't have been any easier or quicker. Love that there's next to no mess to clean up. My husband & I cooked it together, and were finished in 45 minutes or less. We ate it over brown rice, and doubled the sauce portion like other reviewrs suggested. It was perfect. He really liked it, & said it was a def. make again.

My boyfriend and I made this for dinner tonight and it was great! I had wanted to make rice for it but completely forgot until last minute so made some couscous instead - worked out just fine. A great summer dinner, he asked that I make sure to bookmark this one.

My husband went absolutely crazy over this, and it was really quick and easy to make. The leftovers will be great for lunch on a nice, thick roll! I will definately make this again!

This is an excellent meal, but as a summer meal, we weren't too fond of the thought of heating up the stove & the broiler, so we used a cast-iron skillet on the grill, and it was fantastic! We did add some smoked sun-dried tomatoes, but otherwise have prepared it twice now, and it is a definite new favorite at our house! Easy to make, I just do all the prep, then take the ingredients out to the grill once the cast-iron skillet is hot. Very, very good, and very little clean-up!

I was concerned that this was going to be a flop at dinner and my family was very hungry. My husband stepped in from work and said what is that smell, it smells incredible and that is exactly how it tasted. It is a MAKE IT AGAIN recipe. The hardest part was learning how to sear the meat without overcooking it. It was YUMMY over rice.

I never write reviews, but I really liked this recipe, so I felt compelled to sing it's praises! I used two large pork chops for this. I seared them for 4 min. on each side, let them sit, and cut them into strips and then returned them to the pan with the sauce and veggies and finished them in the broiler for 4 min. The meat was tender, the sauce was tasty (and spicy! and the veggies went well with it all. I served it over whole grain rice and my whole family loved it! This will be a keeper. Only drawback is the cleanup...lots of oil on and around my stove. It's worth it though!

with the 5-star ratings others have given this recipe. I made the recipe over the weekend and thought it was tasty, but nothing great. I followed the recipe to the letter with no substitutions. I thought the various flavors nearly neutralized each other (!, instead of building on or complementing one another. There was no "complexity"--it was pretty much a one note dish. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it--how could you not like pork tenderloin?--it's just not a dish I'll be in a hurry to make again. Btw, I served this over rice, and--as other posts have stated--the sauce pairs well with it.

This dish has sooo much flavor!!! It was simple to make and really tasty. I would recommend this to anyone for a great weeknight meal. I served it over brown rice and my boyfriend loved it. I did not broil in as it says to do. I just cooked the pork all the way through in the skillet and then let it simmer on the stove to let the sauce thicken. I found this much easier. It is also great the next day on toasted french bread. Will make this again!!
