The sauce and peppers gives the pork a terrific flavor and the pork turns out very moist. I used a few hot banana peppers from my garden, too, which gave it some nice spice. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Quick, easy, affordable and when the guests ask do you save the really good recipes to make the dish again you know you have a winner.

Made it exactly per the recipe. Everyone loved it. Every plate was empty at the end of the meal, even those of the picky eaters.

I substituted Chicken breasts for pork and it turned out great!! I have small children and my 2 year old liked it and my 7 year old not so much! Not sure why! I thought it was good and my husband loved it!! I wonder if I were to add some sort of sweet to the recipe, maybe brown sugar or honey, if it wouldn't add a nice dimension! I just love the combination of sweet and spicy! I'll try it next time and comment on it!

Made this for guests last nite for dinner. They all said "keep this recipe". The flavors were great. The only change I made was using a whole 12 oz. jar of pepperoncini because my husband loves them. The extra pepperoncini gave it a nice kick. This will be a new favorite for dinner guests because you can make ahead and slip it into the oven when you are ready to serve.

I thought this recipe was great. The tenderloin was so tasty- the onions and peppers were cooked just right. I had to make a few substituitions for things I didn't have on hand - but it was a pleasant surprise and nice option for pork tenderloing. I cooked in my cast iron skillet. I will definitely cook this again and again!

This is a very good recipe. When I make it again, I will double the sauce, as it is SO good.

This recipe was great. The sauce that is formed was so tasty that I decided to serve it over rice to help soak up the sauce. It was delicious.

This recipe was excellent. My entire family enjoyed it...even those that normally shy away from peppers and onions. The meat was so tender and the entire dish was flavorful. It is my new favorite recipe. It is very easy to make as my 12-yr-old helped with the entire meal.

I made this recipe last night for dinner and was amazed at how much flavor these few ingredients brought together. The pork was perfectly tender, and the sauce was excellent. Start to finish it took about 30 minutes including prep time. I will definitely make this again and have already shared the recipe with others!
