This was delicious! I, too, transferred everything to a casserole dish at the end because I didnt have an oven-safe skillet. It turned out wonderful. Spicy and the tenderloin was delicious. Will definitely make again.

This recipie was absolutely amazing! cooking the pork on the stove makes it so tender and easier to control how well you want it cooked. I could not find an oven safe pan so I transfered everything to a caserole dish and it turned out amazing. i also added mushrooms.

Pork tenderloin is on sale at my local market and I didn't feel like being out in the heat by the grill. This is easy and quite tasty. The sauce is wonderful and oh, those peppers and onions ! I followed the recipe exactly. Everyone was licking their plates.

The variations in the color of the peppers makes it colorful dish for a great presentation. For an interesting variation of sweet and sour, a splash of rice vinegar is yummy. Recommended!
