This is my favorite recipe on foodnetwork! I made it for a bridal shower and my friend's birthday and everyone ate every last bite. The pickled onions are a must. Awesome recipe.

These turned out fabulous! I wasn't sure about this recipe at first, using pork meat in tacos, but it definitely worked. I loved the pickled onions and had some extra which I kept in a jar in the fridge and used for toppings. I thought this dish was delicious and a great recipe for any taco night.

This recipe is wonderful and makes you (the cook look like a whiz. I have already made it twice this month and have had great success both times! I think the onions MAKE the recipe, so don't cheat yourself and skip those!

I've been making this for a little over a year and love it. Have made it about 5 times, so good. Making this weekend for my future husband, then I will take the leftover pork, mix with bbq sauce and have sandwiches the next day. Terrific for a dinner party.

I made this for a dinner party and had a taco bar. Huge hit! Not only is it a cheap crowd pleaser, it's super easy and very tasteful. DO NOT skip out on the onions. Those will be good on anything and will last for days in the fridge. I made those in advance and served the tacos with sliced avocados, shredded cabbage, and some cilantro/lime sour cream that I made. I also used flour tortillas because I tend to think they hold up better. MAKE THIS! You won't be disappointed.

WoW!!!! I found this recipe about four months ago and have made it a half dozen times!! I'm making it tomorrow night for friends. We will keep this in our family FOREVER! Thank you, Angie! The only thing I changed was adding more peppers for spice.

I made this with Chicken and it worked just as good! And yes, you have to make the onions. I suggest doubling the onion recipe. I did this recipe with 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

I made this last night for a very picky daughter, her friend, and the rest of my family. Everyone loved it! The onions are fabulous and can be made for so many more dishes - hamburgers, hot dogs, salads. My own problem was the corn tortillas broke as we were eating the tacos. Next time, and there will be many next times, I will use flour tortillias.

My only regret: I used a 4 lb. pork shoulder, next time I will call ahead and order a larger one. There just isn't enough left overs when its a 4 pounder.
