AMAZING! This was so freaking good that we made it again the next week! We have made it since, substituting a different roast for the brisket. Each one has turned out excellent and so tender. The flavors sound weird at first but they come together wonderfully. And it's so easy to put it in the slow cooker and walk away! Great tasting recipe and super easy!

WOW. My first attempt at a slow cooker recipe and it was iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiincredible. First off the meat was so silky and indulgent, it was just falling apart and so tender. It was absolutely delicious thanks so much for such a wonderful recipe!

Great recipe - very easy and my husband and dad devoured it! The meat was nice and tender and it made a ton of sauce! My only complaint is that the BBQ sauce was too mustardy for my taste (I pretty much despise mustard, so I may tool around with the sauce ingredients to make it my own. Other than that, it would have been 5 stars for me!

This is a great recipe! Took me about 15 min to put it all together and then 8 hours later my husband and I enjoyed best brisket sandwich ever! I put some fresh avocado on mine which made it perfect. The meat is so tender and the juices are amazing. It re-heats well too! I used a Texas Shiner beer, and I thought it worked really well

I made these last week and they were deliscious! There's nothing like coming home to the smell of brisket cooking.

You need to be a lover of stout beer to like this. There are too many other, better, brisket recipes out there to waste your time with this one.

I made this for my hubby and it was delicious! The meat was tender, the sauce was like a very tangy barbecue sauce. We put some melted swiss cheese on the sandwich and it was perfect.
