Great recipe! Easy too! I added 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and 1 more extra table spoon of chocolate chips to give it a true Mexican taste! This is one to add to the book!

Uhmmmmm! Mmffhfff! Mouth full, can't get enough. This is fantastic! The only thing I added was to grill the pork roast before slow cooking with salt, pepper, granulated onion, and garlic powder.

The pork turned out great - tender and flavorful. I, however, did add some additional salt and chocolate.
