Small Mixed Salad with Macadamia Nut Oil
- 4 cups mixed greens
- Macadamia nut oil
- 1 cup crushed macadamia nuts
Wash the mixed greens and dry well.
Place 1 cup of mixed greens per plate. Drizzle macadamia nut oil, to taste, over greens. Garnish with a little crushed macadamia nut.
