Been wanting to try this recipe for quite some time… It obviously had a Tex-Mex flavor and was certainly not what I was expecting – like the other reviewer wrote: had a strong salt flavor even though very little salt was used…. Glad I tried it but would not make this recipe again

While my husband dearly loves beef ribs, I am not a huge fan. He followed this recipe and technique exactly and I was pleasantly surprised - except WAY TOO SALTY!! The flavor was excellent. We had to wash the ribs to be able to eat them :(
