This burger is easy to make and packed with flavor....I added some liquid smoke to my to make them extra smokey. My husband said to hold on to this one!!

These were easy enough to make, but they just didn't appeal to my family. I used all the ingredients called for and made no substitutions. I think I will just stick to original "cheeseburgers" with the cheese on top! I also found that grilling them on a stovetop grill (like Rachel used was extremely messy. It took forever to clean my grill afterwards. In my opinion, it just wasn't worth the effort. Glad everyone else like them though!

I am not a burger eater, but this was the best hamburger I've had.

This was the first time I have ever made one of Rachael's burgers. They were fantastic. A bit to moist...I will use less beer next time and make them bigger to keep them juicy but the falvors are killer.

This burger is fantastic!! I used a Sam Adams Summer Ale. I did have to add a little dry bread crumb because they were just a little too moist. Grilled on the outdoor grill for about 6 minutes per side. The smoked Gouda was melted and creamy and the flavors just went together so well. We will be making this burger often!
